4.3 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date: Full refund minus a $50 administration fee
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the course start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund

Course transfers to a later date may be possible subject to availability and a transfer fee. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

• Disrupts the learning environment
• Shows disrespect toward instructors or other participants
• Violates our code of conduct, which will be provided at the beginning of each course

7.3 Recording

Audio or video recording of our courses is not permitted without our explicit written permission. We may record sessions for quality assurance and training purposes. You will be notified in advance if a session will be recorded.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
